Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – Atelier Mariana

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility — General Conditions All items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In their original packaging, including any wrapping, labels, tags, or gift boxes
  • Free from signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer

Eligibility by Product Category

Candles & Home Fragrances

  • Wicks must be untrimmed and wax unmelted
  • Products must be unopened and sealed
  • We cannot accept returns on candles or fragrances that have been burned or opened, as quality and scent integrity cannot be guaranteed

Clothing & Apparel

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, staining, or alteration

Jewellery

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • All clasps, chains, and components must be intact and unaltered

How to Return Contact us at mariana.cabrera.morales@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) In accordance with German consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this legal requirement for your added peace of mind.
