Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Germany We ship via DHL. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Shipping within the EU We deliver to all EU member states via DHL. Delivery times are typically 4–8 business days. International shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over €60 within Germany.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
